Garden Barber UK Terms and Conditions
1. Revisions
Garden Barber UK reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately upon receipt of the revised Agreement. Your use of our service constitutes agreement to any revision of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Payment terms
2.1 Once quotations have been agreed on and, where necessary, the customer will be advised if any upfront payments need to be made for the sourcing of material or hiring of additional equipment. This shall then be deducted from any final invoice issued. The terms of any such deposit will be set out in the quote and agreed upon by the customer in advance.
2.2 The final invoice shall be issued to the customer on the day the project is completed. Payment of all outstanding monies shall be due on receipt of said final invoice.
2.3 Payment shall be accepted in either cheque, cash or BACS methods.
2.4 If payment is not received in agreement with the terms set out Garden Barber reserves the right to pursue any overdue payment through the proper legal channels.
2.5 Payment in full or completion of payment by customer shall be acknowledged by Garden Barber UK as an acceptance of and satisfaction with the completed project. Any issues raised, changes requested, additional work requested will be completed at the customers own cost and a new quote will be raised.
2.6 Under no circumstances will payments in full be either fully or partially refunded.
3. Cancellation
Should the customer cancel the job after materials or equipment have been hired or bought, Garden Barber UK will be unable to refund any payments made.
4. Sourcing of materials and equipment
Garden Barber UK is dedicated to providing the customer with good quality merchandise. When sourcing materials or equipment, Garden Barber UK will take in to due consideration both price and quality. The price of any materials and equipment will be detailed in the quote. Should a cheaper product be available and requested by the customer, before the quote is accepted, Garden Barber UK will give every effort to source that for the customer but cannot be liable for its quality if it is not the exact product recommended by Garden Barber UK.
5. Public Liability
Garden Barber UK has full public liability insurance.
6. Health and Safety
Garden Barber UK is CHAS accredited.
